3. Sharing Information with Investment Partners and Affiliates
This section is particularly important to understand before submitting company information to Outcubate.
Outcubate works with a network of affiliated and independent venture capital firms, angel investors, investment groups, entrepreneurs, and other strategic partners.
In providing our services, we may share relevant information submitted by founders with selected members of this network for purposes including:
- Evaluating a company's suitability for investment.

We seek to limit disclosures to information relevant to the intended evaluation or introduction. Where appropriate, we may obtain the founder's authorization before sharing detailed or sensitive company materials.
Investment partners may be independent organizations and may have their own privacy and confidentiality policies. Unless separately agreed in writing, Outcubate cannot guarantee that every recipient will be subject to a nondisclosure agreement or equivalent confidentiality obligation.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
4. Sharing with Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that support our operations, including cloud hosting providers, data analytics services, artificial intelligence platforms, and document processing services.
These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver our services. We seek to use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards to protect information handled by these providers.
5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Information submitted to Outcubate is used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Submitting information through our website or participating in an initial evaluation does not, by itself, establish a nondisclosure agreement (NDA), fiduciary relationship, or other contractual confidentiality obligation.
Founders should avoid submitting trade secrets, proprietary source code, patent-sensitive technical details, or other highly confidential information unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements have been established separately in writing.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy transfers ownership of a founder's intellectual property or company materials to Outcubate.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence and External AI Providers
Outcubate uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to assist with company evaluations, market research, competitive analysis, business assessments, and the preparation of reports and recommendations.
To provide these services, we may process information submitted by founders through commercial, API-based AI services provided by third-party technology companies, including Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Amazon Web Services (AWS Bedrock).
Information processed through these services may include company descriptions, business plans, product and technology information, financial projections, market assessments, and other materials submitted to Outcubate.
Data Protection and Model Training
Outcubate intends to use paid commercial API services under provider terms that prohibit the use of customer-submitted prompts, inputs, and outputs for training or improving general-purpose AI foundation models, unless the customer explicitly authorizes such use or the applicable provider terms otherwise permit it.
We do not intentionally authorize these providers to use founders' submitted information to train their general-purpose AI models.
These providers may nevertheless process or retain information as necessary to operate their services, maintain security, detect abuse, comply with legal obligations, and provide requested functionality. Retention practices may vary by provider, model, API feature, and service configuration.
Some AI services may also maintain application data or conversation history when optional storage or stateful features are enabled.
Outcubate selects commercial AI services with appropriate data protection commitments and takes reasonable steps to configure their services in accordance with those commitments.
Limitations
Although these commercial AI providers maintain policies designed to protect customer information, submitting information to Outcubate does not guarantee that such information will never be temporarily stored or accessed for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes.
Founders should avoid submitting highly sensitive trade secrets, source code, or patent-sensitive technical details unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements have been established separately.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business relationships, fulfill legitimate business purposes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.
